After many years of litigation and unseemly legal battles as to who wrote what and when, representatives of Deacon Martin and Captain Parcequedonc finally settled out of court.
 
Arising out of the fact that both were becoming extremely long in the tooth and uncertain as to who would outlive whom, it was agreed, at long last, to publish the combined complete works subject to the condition that, whilst crediting both writers generally, neither is to be credited with specific pieces.
 
Please note that, for events, public or private, each has refused to appear with the other.
